yippee!

I just received my grade for the first course I took-- Public Budgeting and Finance-- and I got an A!! Yeah.. great start to my MPA! =) this shows that effort does pay off.

Right now, I'm doing research for my second course on implementation of policy. Haiz.. One frustating truth I just learnt: my classmates (the miliary officers) pay only US$150 for each module (they get 75% subsidy from military), compared to me paying US$900 for one! Arghh, and my blood boils more cos they are the officers that are earning much more than me, a pathetic housewife with kids and no income, other than the meagre subsistence from our budget-oriented SAF.
